
| WHAT IS YOGA? |
| The word yoga means, to yoke, or unite. What better description could we have? When you think of the body do you think of it as many small parts, many small areas, or the sum of many parts? If you said “the sum of many” you would be keying in on the eastern philosophy of yoga. Everything is connected, everything is one. It all works together, or it doesn’t… right? Through yoga we realize our ability to join the physical body, the mind, the spirit. Yoga is based on philosophy (vs. religion). The idea is to utilize what you have been given, to unite yourself, with self, with the physical body, with spirit, with the god of your understanding. Moving meditation. To cleanse the body, mind and spirit, to give us fresh perspective, to give us clarity. Yoga is so far beyond our mat. |

| VINYASA YOGA |
| Vinyasa is a form of flow yoga, derived from Ashtanga yoga, whose founder was Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. The philosophy is one posture connects to the next and the next and so on. A usual class consists of sun salutations A, sun B’s, additional standing or balancing postures, core work, back bending, an inversion, and a series of winding down postures. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned student, you will find challenge in this practice. Yoga is a practice for our lives. I will help you learn the best way to move in, be in and move out of postures, so you can care for your body the best way possible, and enjoy your practice for a lifetime.

| FERTILE GROUNDING YOGA |
| Whether you are in the midst of fertility treatments, or just started walking the fertility path, this is an amazing place for you to optimize your reproductive health while nurturing your body, mind and soul. These classes are specifically designed to optimize fertility. The Yoga practice will open the body, release stress, invigorate and create a cultivating environment. The diagnosis of infertility can feel very daunting, through these classes you will learn to connect the mind, body and spirt.
Class offerings are; Fertile Grounding Yoga I a 6 week workshop, a one hour FG Yoga class, weekend retreats, couples classes and one on one. You will experience breath work, yoga, education and meditation. | PRENATAL YOGA |
| In a prenatal class you will learn to move within this amazing new body, with joy and lightness. You’ll experience a guided practice, meditation, and mind nurturing experience. It’s a chance to allow you to let go of stress, tension and concern. The series will lift your spirit and your energy. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, it’s a perfect place to be. We all have questions about our pregnancies, in class you’ll find an open forum for discussion on what’s going on in your body, how to help your aches and pains, making the best choices for you and your growing baby, and preparation for labor and birth.

| POSTNATAL YOGA |
| In postnatal you will find a gentle restorative flow. I combine elements of Vinyasa yoga into a nurturing balanced arrangement. In a typical practice you’ll find shoulder and heart opening which are key to our stressed upper bodies, core work to restore abdominal muscles, a lighter practice of sun A’s and B’s and longer guided meditations. This is truly a practice that gives back to those that give.

| PARENT AND BABY YOGA / YOGA BONDING FOR COUPLES |
| This class is a blend of yoga for babies, and yoga for parents. My mentor Lisa Bergly created the www.yogabonding.com series that this class derives from. You’ll have an amazing time with babies, creating bonding that is life lasting in this class. The benefits for babies are amazing; babies sleep better, have better digestion, are better adjusted, and happier! We play, sing, are light and joyful! We’ll start class with baby yoga, and then you’ll have an opportunity for your own practice, while bringing baby along for the ride! Imagine a Warrior II with baby perched on your front leg. Feed babies, diaper them, whatever you need to do, we just do it right along with class as it is happening. This class is also an open forum for conversation. Friends are made, support is given, and a wonderful network of parents and babies come together for this amazing class.

| KIDS YOGA |
| Kids yoga teaches growing minds and bodies a myriad of things; breath work, how to move their bodies, how to relieve stress, reduce anxiety, and play within the yoga philosophy. Stories, games, songs, animal named postures all culminate into a fun, silly class that gives kids a chance to learn and play.

An amazing weekend training focusing specifically on the prenatal body. Find confidence in teaching pregnant students, learn the best postures, understand the pregnant body, sequencing, how to support your students, nutritional info, chakra study and more.
