This premier training, written and lead by Jennifer Colletti and Jennifer Gray of the Yoga Center in Minneapolis, MN exceeds the 85-hour standards for Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training training put forth by Yoga Alliance.

In The Four Levels Of Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training We Cover:

*Pregnancy anatomy and alignment
*Pelvic floor anatomy and strengthening
*Meditation and Breathing techniques
*Benefits of yoga for pregnancy, birth, postnatal and babies
*Contraindications for pregnancy & postnatal
*Ailments, solutions & scope of practice
*First, Second, Third and Fourth Trimesters
*Poses, modifications and sequencing for prenatal & postnatal
*Restorative prenatal yoga
*Mom and baby yoga / Yoga Baby Bonding
*JAI Yoga for Birthing Method
*Birth options & caregivers
*Networking and Resource building
*Creating & serving this beautiful community


Attendees must have a 200 hour RYT or equivalent.

Requirements for completion:

*Attendance in all four levels of training
*Observation & Attendance of 10 yoga classes with lead teacher
*10 hours of self-study

Yoga Alliance Study Hours:

This training is a total of 88 hours. Upon completion of all four levels of the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, application for PRYT with the Yoga Alliance can be achieved.
