Hatha Yoga

I teach a blend of yoga styles within my Hatha Yoga for all levels classes. I study Iyengar, Hatha & Vinyasa yoga styles, and teach from those styles in each mixed level class. Each class is different, and I teach to the students that have joined me that particular day, and the ailments we are working through.

Whether you are a beginner or seasoned student, you will find challenge and balance in this practice.  Yoga is called “a practice” because with each new class, with each step on our mat it’s an opportunity for us to learn. It truly is a practice for our lives.

As your teacher, I will help you learn the best way to move in, be in and move out of postures, so you can care for your body the best way possible, and enjoy your practice for a lifetime.
