Kids Yoga In Minneapolis

Family yoga teaches kids (and parents!) growing minds and bodies a myriad of fun things including:

  • breath work
  • body awareness
  • how to relieve stress
  • play with and learn yoga philosophy

It helps kiddos calm their busy minds, and find tools to work with with anxiety. Imagine when they sit down for that math test, and begin to use a slow steady breath they learned at yoga to calm nervous thoughts. We all need these tools!

Stories, games, songs, animal named postures all culminate into a fun, silly class that gives kids a chance to learn and play.
