Ayurveda is a sister science to yoga, some even call it the medicine of yoga (you can read more about it’s origins here). What I love about Ayurveda is the main principles are about self care and balance. Mindfully taking care of you, so you can live your best life!

 

Through Ayurvedic Health Coaching, I will provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory advice and determine what changes are necessary for you.

There will be no laundry list of changes for you to make at each session. Above all my goals for you, will be to make the sustainable changes, by doing so mindfully, and creating success to create progress.

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

As a client of my Ayurvedic program, you will…

  • Determine your dosha (tendencies or constitution) and set and accomplish healing goals in a way that is empowering and exciting
  • understand your imbalances and the triggers involved
  • increase the joy factor in your life
  • increase your energy levels
  • feel great in your body
  • learn about new foods, spices and how you can easily incorporate them
  • improve your personal relationships
  • discover the confidence to create the life you want

Your program includes…

  • two 50-minute sessions per month
  • e-mail support between sessions
  • yoga, meditation, mantra and breathing recommendations
  • recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
  • coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • simple but informative handouts that will increase your self care knowledge
  • access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes
  • my personal commitment to your health and success
